Buyers
Anyone that has bought a condo or home in a planned community can tell you about the stack of documents they got at closing that govern the community. Does anyone read that stuff? Yes. I do. I also write it (see "Developers" below). And that's just one way I can help you when purchasing real estate.
I will perform the due diligence necessary so that you can be confident that the property you are buying -- whether a house in a planned community or a plot of land in the boonies -- is exactly what you thought you were buying. In addition, I can review your purchase contract, conduct a title review, negotiate or draft contract addenda, or just generally give you peace of mind about the major deal you are about to complete.
