guiding principles

The firm operates under a few simple guiding principles:

Listen. Respond appropriately.
Tell me what you want and what you need, and I'll use my legal knowledge to help you in a way that is meaningful to you. No matter what your preferences, I will do my best to adjust my practice to meet your expectations and needs, not the other way around.

Be nice.
I'll keep you informed about your project. I won't talk down to you. I'll call you back. In short, I will treat you as I would want to be treated.

Save the Earth.
Lawyers kill trees with abandon. But, personally, I like trees, so I prefer to use electronic communication where possible. When I have to send something hardcopy, I try to use eco-friendly materials, subject to cost, quality, or availability issues. If you have any suggestions on this topic, please send them along.
