The following individual documents are available, as priced:

Will: $195. The Will includes a contingent trust for minor children (if applicable). A contingent trust takes effect upon your death and appoints a trustee to manage your assets on behalf of any minor children you leave behind. Your Will also includes the appointment of a guardian for your minor children, your instructions regarding the disposition of your last remains, and, if you so choose, your wishes with respect to organ donation.

Declaration as to Medical or Surgical Treatment (Living Will): $95.

Declaration of Anatomical Gift: $95.
Each flat fee is based on a particular number of hours set aside for drafting that document. If, due to unique circumstances, the time to draft your document exceeds the set number hours, you may be charged a fee based on my current hourly rate for the excess time. However, to date, no document drafting has exceeded the allotted time.
