The Orchards at Pitkin Mesa Minor Subdivision
This orchard community is one of the prettiest places on the Western Slope. The developer of this minor subdivision requested that I draft the declaration of protective covenants, conditions, and restrictions, bylaws, and other documents that will govern the community.
Business
INnMED, LLC provides services for the cryoablation of the prostate and the kidney (or, in layman's terms, for the freezing of tumors). I constructed the legal parameters that allow INnMED to develop innovative partnerships with doctors and expand its unique and life-saving health care services.

Izzy's Restaurant, LLC
Izzy's is darn fine sandwich and latke shop located in the heart of Crested Butte and right on Coal Creek. I drafted the contract that facilitated the purchase of this established breakfast and lunch cafe, and I represent the business on an ongoing basis. If you've got a hankerin' for a bagel or an enormous Reuben and you're in the Butte, there is no place better.
