Areas of Practice
My practice is divided into the three main areas of business, real estate, and estate planning. I chose these areas because they interest me and because they permit me flexibility in scheduling. I do not do any trial work (suing or defending) precisely so that I am free to spend my time on getting your business, real estate, or estate planning documents just right.
Without the deadlines, travel, and down time associated with a trial practice, I find that I am able to serve clients much more quickly than I would if I had a mixed practice. In addition, by concentrating only in transactional matters, I am gaining significant depth to my expertise.
